Return & Exchange Policy
At Mansour's Menswear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Free from any damage or signs of wear.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Undergarments, socks, or any other items for hygiene reasons
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@mansours.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
- Please ensure the product is securely packed and shipped with a trackable method. Mansour's Menswear is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- If the item was defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company, as there may be a processing delay.
- If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@mansours.ca.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@mansours.ca within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate an exchange:
- Contact us to confirm that we have your requested item in stock.
- Once confirmed, send the original item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Upon receiving the original item, we will ship the exchange item to you at no additional shipping cost (for the first exchange). Additional exchanges may incur shipping fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@mansours.ca within 48 hours of receiving the product. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Final Sale Items
All items marked as "final sale" or purchased during clearance or promotional events are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
